Return Eligibility:

Timeframe: You must initiate a return or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: The kiln must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

RMA Number: To process your return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please, do not ship back your kiln until you contact our Customer Service Team and receive your RMA number.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to non-warranty returns. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded.

Packaging: Carefully repackage the kiln on it’s original package, ensuring it's protected during shipping.

Shipping: Ship the kiln to our designated return address, prepaid and insured.

Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the kiln to confirm it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing: Once the inspection is complete and the kiln is approved, we will process your refund or credit.
Note: Warranty returns are subject to our warranty policy, which can be found here. Custom or special-order kilns are not eligible for return.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds. We understand waiting for a refund can be frustrating. Here are some steps to check on its status:

Double-check your bank statement: Refunds can sometimes take a few business days to appear.

Contact your credit card company: They may be able to provide an update on the refund timeline.

Contact us: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or promotional products as Scratch&Dents cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, mail us: orders@paragonweb.com.
