Understanding the CT Naming System
Each CT model is named based on three key dimensions:
- First number → Number of sides
- Second number → Diameter of the firing chamber
- Third number → Height of the firing chamber

Specialty Kilns: Janus & Viking
Using the same naming system of our base kilns , we offer two specialty kilns tailored for specific artistic needs:
- Janus Series – Versatile for both pottery and glass with heating elements in the top and sidewalls, providing flexibility for different firing techniques.
- Viking Series – Heavy-duty kilns built for stoneware temperatures, featuring built-in high-amperage fuses and extended-life mercury relays for durability and peak performance.
