Our Proven Process
Every industrial heating application brings a unique combination of technical requirements, operational priorities, and production challenges. Our proven process creates a clear path from initial concept to a practical, manufacturable furnace solution.
By bringing engineering and manufacturing expertise into the conversation from the beginning, we help minimize uncertainty, identify critical requirements, and establish realistic expectations for performance, cost, and delivery.
Your application is our starting point
Share Your Requirements
Share your process requirements, operating temperatures, chamber dimensions, load characteristics, electrical configuration, production cycle, temperature uniformity, controls, data-recording needs, and any applicable safety or compliance standards.
Our team reviews the information with you to identify critical parameters, resolve potential gaps, and develop a complete understanding of the application. The more we understand about your process and objectives, the better we can engineer a furnace around your operation.
Collaborative engineering backed by manufacturing experience.
We Engineer the Solution
Once the requirements are defined, our engineering and manufacturing teams evaluate the application and develop the recommended furnace configuration.
This collaborative approach allows us to consider more than technical performance alone. We also evaluate manufacturability, reliability, energy use, operator safety, maintenance access, component availability, and long-term serviceability.
The result is a solution designed not only to meet the specification, but also to perform consistently in a real production environment.
A clear scope, investment, and path forward.
Receive Your Project Proposal
After completing the technical evaluation, we prepare a comprehensive project proposal. It outlines the recommended furnace configuration, major specifications, included features, project scope, pricing, and estimated manufacturing timeline.
Our goal is to give your team the clarity needed to evaluate the solution confidently. We review the proposal with you, answer questions, and address any requested changes before the project moves forward.
Let’s Define the Right Solution
Tell us about your application, operating conditions, and production goals. Our industrial team will help transform your requirements into a furnace solution engineered for dependable performance.

Processes
-
Heat Treating
PARAGON designs and manufactures industrial heat-treating furnaces that combine consistent thermal performance, heavy-duty construction, and engineering flexibility for processing metals, tooling, and industrial components. Available in standard or custom configurations, they can incorporate guillotine doors with assisted lifting systems, firebrick insulation, advanced controls, multiple heating zones, recorders, custom thermocouple arrangements, and integrated ventilation. Each solution is tailored to the customer’s part dimensions, thermal cycles, production demands, and facility infrastructure for reliable, efficient, and operator-focused performance. -
Thermal Cleaning
Built for the rigorous demands of commercial DPF cleaning, PARAGON thermal-cleaning furnaces deliver the capacity, durability, and process consistency required for repeated burnout cycles. Large front-loading chambers accommodate oversized filters and high-volume workloads, while reinforced steel construction, firebrick insulation, durable interior linings, and integrated exhaust options support reliable daily operation. Voltage, controls, thermocouples, recording systems, and switching components can be configured around each facility’s workflow and infrastructure, creating a dependable solution for removing soot, ash, and contaminants from transportation, construction, and heavy-equipment components. -
Drill Bits
From oilfield drilling to specialized tooling applications, PARAGON Industrial Bit Furnaces provide the high temperatures, chamber capacity, and rugged performance required for demanding production environments. Capable of operating at temperatures up to 2350°F, these furnaces feature heavy-duty firebrick construction and industrial-grade heating systems for dependable thermal uniformity and continuous operation. Configurations can be tailored with open-bottom loading, lifting bars, protected brick edges, specialized routing, process recorders, remote-control compatibility, and custom thermocouple connections to match each facility’s components, workflow, and electrical infrastructure. -
Asphalt/Concrete Testing
Accurate material testing begins with fast, repeatable temperature control. PARAGON Asphalt and Concrete Testing Ovens help laboratories, producers, and quality-control teams measure moisture content and evaluate aggregates and construction materials with confidence. Lightweight ceramic-fiber insulation provides rapid heat-up and easier portability, making these ovens practical for both laboratory and field use. Compact yet durable, they can be configured with different chamber sizes, electrical specifications, programmable controls, and documentation capabilities to support efficient testing, reduce batch variability, and deliver more consistent results. -
Sintering
The performance of advanced materials is often defined by what happens after forming or printing. PARAGON sintering and post-processing furnaces provide precisely controlled thermal environments for metal powders, engineered ceramics, high-performance resins, polymers, and specialized composites. Working directly with manufacturers, laboratories, and research teams, PARAGON develops systems around each material and process—including chamber dimensions, temperature profiles, airflow, insulation, atmosphere requirements, controls, and production workflow—to support consistent sintering, curing, stress relief, and thermal stabilization with repeatable results. -
Labs
In modern laboratories, precision and responsiveness often matter more than chamber size. The PARAGON SC2Pro delivers repeatable thermal performance in a compact, bench-friendly platform suited for research, testing, prototyping, ceramics, material development, and other small-batch processes. Its SENTINEL Touch Xpress controller enables precise programming of ramps, temperatures, and hold times, while the compact firebrick chamber supports efficient heating and cooling.
