From Order to Delivery

Once you’ve selected the right kiln, a few final checks will help ensure a smooth and confident ordering experience. Taking a moment to review these details upfront can help avoid delays, additional costs, or surprises later.

Before You Order

• Confirm voltage and phase requirements (208V vs. 240V, single or three phase)
• Verify the kiln will fit through doorways and into your firing space
• Ensure the room allows for at least 12 inches of clearance on all sides
• Plan for any required electrical work before delivery

Choosing a knowledgeable dealer or purchasing directly from Paragon ensures you’ll receive proper guidance before and after the sale, as well as full warranty support. If warranty service is ever needed, understanding how it will be handled ahead of time can save time and frustration.

Taxes & Exemptions

If your purchase qualifies for sales tax exemption, please notify us before placing your order. This helps ensure the order is processed correctly and avoids the need for adjustments or credits after invoicing.

Shipping & Delivery Considerations

Please note that orders shipping outside the contiguous United States (Low 48)—including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations—will require additional freight charges. These destinations often involve different carriers, transit methods, or customs handling, which can result in higher shipping costs. Chat with us, and we will help with a Freight Quote.

If you have questions at any point—before or after placing your order—our team is here to help you make an informed, confident purchase.

What Happens After You Order

Once your order is placed, our team reviews all details to ensure accuracy before moving it into production or fulfillment. This includes verifying the kiln model, electrical configuration, shipping address, and any selected options.
