It was our first venture into building a dedicated online experience for our customers, and it taught us a lot about how important clarity, simplicity, and trust are in the digital space.
Over time, we added select kiln models to ParagonWeb, expanding the site’s capabilities beyond parts and support. Then, in 2023, a major opportunity presented itself: one of our most trusted and long-standing distributors, USA Kilns, passed the torch by turning over management of ParagonKilns.com to us. It was a gesture that meant a great deal—not just professionally, but personally—and marked the beginning of a new era for our direct-to-customer experience.
