PARAGON VITRIGRAPH: Draw with molten glass
The PARAGON VITRIGRAPH opens the door to a unique and endlessly fascinating glassworking technique—pulling hot stringers directly from the kiln. Even seasoned glass fusers will find new inspiration in this process. Use clear glass dams to separate colors, create custom blends, and "draw" molten lines straight onto your projects.
Whether you're pulling canes, exploring reactive glass interactions, or painting with heat, this kiln turns the experience of glass into a hands-on art form. It’s the kind of tool that sparks joy, invites experimentation, and brings people together.
Easy to set up, ready to inspire
The Vitrigraph is compact and intuitive. It fits perfectly on its included 31.25" (793 mm) stand, which features a 3” central hole for easy glass pulling. Plug it into a standard 120V outlet and you’re ready to go. The chamber heats rapidly to 1900°F, and thanks to its lightweight ceramic fiber insulation, it’s energy-efficient and quick to cool down between sessions.
With the advanced SENTINEL digital controller, you can dial in your firing schedule with precision—whether you’re preheating, soaking, or preparing for a complex color-pulling session.
Thoughtfully engineered for function and safety
The stainless steel jacket is vented to reduce surface temperatures during operation. A built-in safety switch lets you shut off power to the elements with a single toggle—ideal for controller resets or emergency stops. A fuse protects the controller electronics, and the open-top ceramic fiber design makes component replacement fast and easy.

Safety first: essential precautions
Always use fusing-compatible glass scraps and wear safety glasses during use—small shards can fly when snapping off streamers. Fire the kiln only with assistance nearby, and never leave it unattended. Do not refill the flowerpot while hot or reuse it for a second session. Use only one load of glass per cycle and maintain a clear area around the power cord.
