Its generous 18" x 18" x 18" chamber is ideal for handling large individual flasks or multiple molds simultaneously—making it the preferred choice for high-volume jewelry studios, production casting shops, and educational facilities.

Advanced Control with Sentinel TouchXpress

At the heart of the W18 is the Sentinel TouchXpress touchscreen controller, offering exceptional control over every firing cycle. Preloaded with three proven programs—EL wax elimination, 5-hour burnout, and 12-hour burnout—it also allows full customization with up to 20 programmable segments. This level of control ensures complete wax burnout and material integrity for every flask. A front-mounted on/off toggle switch adds convenience to daily use.

Constructed with 3" thick insulating firebrick, the W18 provides excellent heat retention and consistent internal temperatures. Its rugged stainless steel case resists corrosion and wear, even under demanding firing schedules.

Two recessed heating elements are mounted in protected grooves for longevity and are easily accessible if replacement is ever needed. A top-mounted vent hole with ceramic plug ensures proper airflow and efficient wax burnout during extended firing cycles.

Smooth and Secure Operation

A spring-loaded door latch keeps the chamber tightly sealed during operation and opens smoothly with one hand—essential for safe, efficient removal of hot flasks. The robust hinge system guarantees lasting performance across years of frequent use.
