The Fusion7 features a 14.38" wide x 6.5" deep round firing chamber with top-mounted elements for even heat distribution—perfect for uniform fusing results. The heating elements are secured in pinless grooves, which eliminate the need for metal pins and reduce maintenance. This smart design improves reliability and makes the kiln easier to keep clean.

The kiln is built from insulating firebricks: 2.5" thick in the walls and base, and a robust 3" thick firebrick lid. These materials store heat efficiently and help promote controlled cooling—especially helpful for thinner or smaller pieces that require gradual annealing.

A full-height 18" steel stand is included, raising the kiln to a comfortable loading level. The galvanized steel base plate reinforces the firebrick bottom and folds up around the sides to strengthen the overall chamber structure.

The Fusion7 is equipped with the SENTINEL  digital controller, mounted on a sloped panel for easy access. This advanced controller allows you to create, save, and run custom firing schedules with precision. A heavy-duty Type-K thermocouple with protective sheath ensures reliable temperature readings. Other features include a lock-in lid support, peephole with tapered plug, and a louvered switch box with heavy-duty wiring.
