The kiln is built with 2.5" insulating firebrick walls and a thick 3" firebrick lid to maintain thermal stability and minimize heat loss.

The Fusion8 includes an 18" tall steel stand, raising the kiln to a comfortable working height. A full-formed galvanized steel base plate supports and reinforces the firebrick bottom, folding up along the edges to strengthen the entire structure.

The PARAGON FUSION 8 is equipped with the SENTINEL Touch Xpress digital controller, mounted on a sloped panel for comfortable access. This advanced controller allows you to save and run custom firing schedules with ease—whether you’re slumping, full fusing, or tack fusing. A sheathed Type-K thermocouple ensures accurate readings, and a tapered peephole with plug gives you a clear view inside without significant heat loss.
