Top-mounted heating elements ensure uniform heat across the glass surface. These elements are installed in pinless grooves, eliminating the need for metal pins and reducing debris inside the firing chamber. The thick firebrick lid measures 3" and the walls and base are built with 2.5" insulating firebrick for excellent heat retention and controlled cooling.

The PARAGON FUSION 14 is equipped with the SENTINEL Touch Xpress controller, angled for easy access and visibility. This intuitive interface allows you to build, save, and execute complex firing profiles with precision. The kiln includes a sheathed Type-K thermocouple for accurate temperature readings, and a simple power switch on the front panel allows you to cut power to the controller when not in use. A comfortable wooden lid handle remains cool throughout operation.
